  • rinse all loose debris thoroughly
  • protect surrounding vegetation during chemical applications

Cleaning Steps

Survey the job site and assess surface conditions and cleaning needs

For horizontal surfaces, start with edges using pressure washer wand, then work methodically back and forth with surface cleaner

Rinse loose debris off surface with wand

For vertical surfaces like siding, use power washer primarily, or water fed pole with scrub brush for vinyl siding when necessary

Apply bleach solution when required to remove mildew (note: some stains may still remain)

Clean up job site, dispose of all debris, and review completed work with homeowner
